Alex Beattie

Alex Beattie is a print artist, his prints are transportive dreamscapes, each built up from multiple layers of overlapping colour to produce an intensely vibrant image. They sit in a psychedelic world between future, drawing inspiration from everyone and everything: Cimbaue to Rousseau; Byzantine mosaics to video games. Alex is a regular collaborator at the Osman Studio, from textiles to graphics. Alex Beattie worked with the studio on the Selfridges Bullring installation.

Anthea Hamilton

Anthea Hamilton was a shortlisted for the Turner prize in 2016. She is known for  creating strange and surreal artworks. Anthea created a cover for the issue No5 of the Collective.

Asif Khan

Asif Khan’s practice is a research and development led architecture studio who design buildings, landscapes, exhibitions and installations. Khan’s practice explores how material and social innovations can fundamentally alter the way people experience and shape their environment, realised through rigorously detailed and delivered outputs. Asif Khan created a hanging sculpture for one of our studio shows.

Celia Hempton

Celia Hempton makes abstract and figurative paintings, sculptures and installations and sound works that often explore the human form and the places and landscapes it inhabits. Celia created a cover the issue No5 of the The Collective.

Christodolous Panayiotou

Christodolous Panayiotou wide ranging research focuses on the identification and uncovering of hidden narratives in the visual record of history and time.  Christodolous created a cover for the issue of The Collective no 5.

Haroon Mirza

Haroon Mirza is an artist, and has won international acclaim for installations that test the interplay and friction between sound and light waves and electric current. He devises sculptures, performances and immersive installations. The studio has created costumes for Haroon’s opera Year Zero.

Milovan Farronato

Milovan Farronato is the Artistic Director and Curator of the Fiorucci Art Trust, for which he has developed  the yearly festival Volcano Extravaganza in Stromboli.  He has named the curator of the Italian Pavillion in 2019. Milovan curated the edition of The Collective No 5 for the Osman Studio.

Prem Sahib

Prem Sahib practice incorporates both sculpture and painting that appears abstract and minimal, formally clean and precise. However each is work arises from conviction regarding sexuality, intimacy, desire, and community. Prem created a cover for the issue of The Collective No 5.
